LANICOM delivers Managed IT Services to small to mid-sized clients.  Since many of these organizations have interconnected, remote offices or branches, these services are available on a NATIONWIDE scale.

We work with each of our clients to design a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) to meet their particular support requirements.  Support requests are reviewed and measured to ensure compliance with the SLA and to continuously improve our services.

Remote Network & Server Monitoring – Comprehensive network & server monitoring that gives our Help Desk staff the tools they need to address productions problems as the develop.  Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for monitoring devices and applications 24 x 7 to track performance, uptime, utilization, and identify bandwidth issues.

Proactive Service & Maintenance Plan – Periodic maintenance schedules are prepared to increase reliability of the infrastructure, platforms, and applications.  These include standard maintenance / software patch & updates, anti-virus, anti-spam and anti-malware upkeep, and documentation updates.

Help Desk Tech Support – Our help desk services will receive and record all incidents and assign skilled technicians and resources to troubleshoot problems.

Uses phone, email, internet, & remote applications to interact with the client's desktop to deliver fast, on-demand help. This gives the end-user the best experience possible.

On-Site Tech Support – LANICOM provides technicians who will be on-site for scheduled service & maintenance appointments, but also responds to emergency situations to resolve issues as needed.

Vendor Management – LANICOM will manage your external vendor relationships with regards to IT infrastructure, platforms, and applications.  This will maximize the integration of applications, management of external resources, and place the ownership of various service requests or problem resolution, establishing a single point of responsibility.
