Remote Support

Proceeding to use the software on this website will indicate your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.  If you wish to use any services produced online now or in the future, you are also subject to the applicable terms.  We reserve the right to change the website and these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you, and your continued use of the software on this website indicates your continued acceptance of the terms and conditions as modified.

Privacy Policy

Information you provide to us will only be used by LaniCom LLC.  We may ask to collect information about your computer(s) or network configuration to as to continually improve our support services to you.  Disclosure of this information is optional on your part, as the customer, and thus you have every right to deny such information to us. You have the right to apply for a copy of information held by us about you at any time, as well as to have any of your information updated or corrected.

Pricing and Billing

LaniCom LLC will charge you, or your company, in fifteen (15) minute increments unless you have signed an SLA contract with us or we are implementing a previously established project that has been quoted and approved.  For each fifteen (15) minute increment you will be charged $18.75.  Taxes may apply.  Invoices are typically sent monthly.  Accounts that are past due will be charged a $25 late fee and an additional 2%/month finance charge.
